Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Michigan is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires a valid state OT license, CPR certification preferred, and 0-1 years of experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and educate families on daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• 0-1 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
