Job summary

Confluent Health in Louisville is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinic. The OT will assess movement dysfunction, develop personalized care plans, and deliver interventions to restore independence and improve outcomes.

This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, plus productivity incentives and strong career development opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and underlying causes through patient history and exam.

• Deliver skilled interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities) to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adapt approaches based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout recovery.

We’re especially interested in candidates with CHT certification or those working toward CHT. Bring your expertise, passion for patient-centered care, and desire to help people regain independence and get back to the lives they love.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/ Year( commensurate with experience)* Up to $10K in sign-on bonus available! + inclusive of productivity incentives.
