Job summary

Health Here is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care for older adults in private homes and senior living communities in Virginia. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver treatments to improve mobility and independence, while documenting progress in EMR systems.

You will work with a team of PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists, educating patients and caregivers on safety and aging-in-place strategies. Telehealth options expand service reach and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license or eligibility in the practice state
• Degree from an accredited OT program
• Proficiency in computer systems and EMR
• Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to exert medium physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Capability to perform CPR, assist with patient transfers, reposition patients, and engage in therapeutic activities
• Willingness to drive to patient locations and wear PPE when needed
