Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and Senior Living Communities. Responsibilities include evaluations, care plan development, and evidence-based treatments to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Therapists will document in EMR systems, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license and degree from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in basic computer and EMR usage.
• Current CPR certification.
