We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide personalized, in-home and virtual care to older adults, enhancing their mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering one-on-one occupational therapy in private residences and senior living communities.
- Performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Documenting care accurately within the EMR system and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Educating patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies.
- Utilizing telehealth and virtual care to extend access and flexibility.
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Valid occupational therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s).
- Degree from an accredited OT program and proficiency with EMR systems.
- Current CPR certification.
Physical Requirements Include
- Ability to exert moderate physical effort, assist with transfers, and perform therapeutic activities.
- Driving to patient locations and wearing PPE when necessary.
