Job summary

Mission Valley Post Acute in Fremont is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a flexible on-call role within our rehabilitation team.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise COTAs, and educate patients and families on discharge planning and home safety. California OT license required; competitive hourly pay starting at $60+/hour based on experience, with growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include:
