Job summary

CareOne is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality resident rehabilitation across short-term rehab, assisted living, LTACH, and long-term care settings at CareOne at Jackson in Jackson, NJ.

The role offers hourly compensation, with shifts across Full‑Time, Part‑Time & Per Diem schedules and potential travel to other facilities. Requires OT Master’s degree and active NJ license; experience in older adult rehab preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of operation.
• Preferred: experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Preferred: knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care using accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Evaluate resident needs and establish effective, efficient treatment plans.
• Manage and coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Participate in resident screening according to schedules and practices.
• Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participate in all center‑directed processes and services.
• Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain billing records in compliance with center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.
• Participate in in‑service training programs as requested.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.

Location: Jackson, NJ
Facility: CareOne at Jackson
Salary: $38.00–$60.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Part‑Time & Per Diem
Shifts: Multiple shifts available
