Job summary

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role. The position offers pay ranging from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour and requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Washington OT license.

You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore independence and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Washington OT license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to resident goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families on strategies for continued success.
