RehabVisions is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 100% inpatient role in Aberdeen, Washington. The position offers a competitive pay range of $42 - $56/hour, depending on experience. Occupational Therapist - Hospital based IP

• Occuaptional Therapist (OT) hospital based 100% Inpatient in Aberdeen, Washington
• Pay range $42 - $56/hour, DOE
• Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: You’ll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development
• Position will also support the neighboring critical access hospital 1-2x/week
• Fulltime, Monday thru Friday

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Masters degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
