Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc. in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the rehab team to implement interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with competitive hourly pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Washington OT license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
