Job summary

Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in Washington. You will assess residents, plan interventions for ADLs, mobility, and safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program and active Washington OT license. CPR certification and long-term care experience preferred.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
