Job summary

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our skilled rehabilitation team. You will help residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and support therapy plans on a full-time basis.

Required is an OTA credential with WA license in good standing, plus strong communication and teamwork. Experience in skilled nursing is preferred and compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Washington OTA license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with occupational therapy treatments and activities.
