RehabVisions, Inc. is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a hospital-based, 100% inpatient role in Aberdeen, Washington. The position offers a pay range of $42/hr to $56/hr, with a $12,000 career bonus across the first three years. Qualifications

• Requires OT degree from accredited program.
• WA state licensure eligibility must be obtained.
• Experience not required; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in inpatient setting.
• Complete documentation for each patient encounter.
• Plan, market and develop new therapy programs.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Present in-services to staff therapists.
• Assist in department operations.
• Supervise COTA’s per state regulations.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients

• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
