Job summary

Worley is seeking an Occupational Health Services Coordinator in Pasadena, TX, to ensure medical qualifications, project compliance, and workforce readiness across multiple projects. You will manage health programs, screenings, and drug testing while coordinating with healthcare providers and construction teams.

You will serve as a DER for testing programs, oversee documentation, and support privacy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting occupational health or related programs in industrial settings.
• Experience as Designated Employer Representative (DER) for drug and alcohol testing.
• Experience coordinating medical clearances, fitness-for-duty, and return-to-work activities.
• Experience coordinating with clinics, laboratories, testing vendors, and project teams.
• Proficiency with occupational health platforms and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment medical screening and drug testing per project requirements.
• Track screening status and communicate medical clearances or gaps to stakeholders.
• Develop project-specific occupational health protocols based on site and role needs.
• Identify and coordinate clinics, collection sites, and medical providers.
• Administer return-to-work processes while maintaining privacy and records.
