Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and board-certified Nurse Practitioner or accredited Physician Assistant program.
• 2–3 years of experience as an occupational health nurse or physician assistant; experience in family practice or internal medicine appreciated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Current Jurisdictional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the overall operation of Onsite Health Centers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Provide vision to drive the Health Services’ strategy with cultural change within the organization.
• Subject matter expert to HR, Safety, Legal, Risk Management and refinery departments on Health Services policies and issues.
