Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care through the Nursing Process. You will provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while coordinating with providers and community partners.

Position requires certification maintenance (BAT, COHC, NIOSH spirometry) within 1 year and willingness to cross-train for IV Clinic. Weekend/holiday rotation included.

• Maintains required certifications: BAT, COHC, and NIOSH spirometry training within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to lead, work independently and collaborate with providers and employers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with providers and community partners to support patient care.
• Cross-train to IV Clinic and participate in 3rd weekend/holiday rotations.
