Job summary

Business Health Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee and support occupational health services at client sites in Tennessee. You will provide clinical assessment, triage, and case management to promote safer, healthier workplaces.

The role emphasizes return-to-work processes, health surveillance, and collaboration with client leadership to drive health outcomes and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in Tennessee.
• BLS Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent desirable.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
• Experience in Medical Surveillance / Workers Compensation Case Management.
• Ability to organize, plan, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessment and interventions within the RN scope of practice.
• Evaluate employees for fitness for duty after injuries/illnesses.
• Provide first aid/initial treatment and triage for site employees and contractors.
• Return-to-work clearance for employees.
• Perform required screens and credentialing program management.
• Provide pre-employment and annual physicals.
• Offer educational sessions to employees.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership on projects.
