Job summary

One to One Health (Rivian Health Hub) in Normal, IL is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join our occupational health team. The Case Manager serves as the central liaison among injured employees, Rivian leadership, insurers, and clinicians to facilitate recovery and a timely return-to-work.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of workers' comp case management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of workers' compensation case management or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of state workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Case Coordination: primary contact for all parties in a claim.
• Communication: share case status and treatment plans timely.
• Treatment Plan Management: schedule appointments and referrals.
• Return-to-Work: coordinate modified/light-duty assignments.
• Authorization & Utilization Review: obtain necessary approvals.
• Documentation: maintain accurate EMR case records.
• Regulatory Compliance: follow workers' comp laws and HIPAA.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: explain process and plans.
• Case Closure: ensure MMl and complete documentation.
