Job summary

Insight Global's client seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate medical care for employees with work-related injuries. You'll work with providers, adjusters, employers, and stakeholders to ensure medically appropriate, cost-effective treatment and timely return to work.

Expect to manage 65-70 cases on average, review records for medical necessity, and monitor recovery. In-office presence is required 1-2 times per month for candidates near South Jordan, Utah.

Qualifications

• CA RN license or in process and willing to obtain, if required.
• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years in Case Management.
• BSN or equivalent experience in nursing.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, utilization review, injury management.
• CCM certification or ability to obtain within 6-12 months.
• Up to 5% performance bonus and 401(k) matching.
• 18 days PTO and 15-22 paid holidays.
• Company-provided laptop and monitors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for employees with work injuries.
• Manage caseload of 65-70 cases on average.
• Review records and treatment plans for medical necessity.
• Coordinate care with providers, adjusters, and employers.
• Document activity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify barriers to recovery and drive claims toward resolution.
