Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or COHN/CCM certification preferred.
• Workers’ compensation case management experience is preferred; at least 10 years may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all care management activities for an injured worker.
• Oversee the workers’ compensation claim process.
• Facilitate timely return-to-work and liaise with patient, employer, providers, insurers, and healthcare staff.
