Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Occupational Health in Flint, MI. The role is a 3rd shift position with healthcare duties including triage, exams, and documentation. You will administer care, conduct tests, and support the plant physician in procedures.

Requirements include RN licensure in Michigan, at least two years in nursing (ER/Occupational Health preferred), and CPR/AED certification. Benefits and the Yoh network may offer extensive opportunities.

• COHN certification preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED.

Hours M-F 10:30 pm-7 am

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administers professional nursing care to sick and/or injured employees
• Performs and evaluates various clinical and diagnostic tests
• Assists plant physician in minor surgical procedures
• Interviews and documents medical history of employees
• Works effectively with the Health Services team and other departments
• Maintains appropriate medical records to ensure quality and accuracy
• Performs and documents physical exams
• Adheres to common practices and procedures throughout the department
• Maintains equipment and supplies
• Assists with the promotion of plant wellness programs
• Interfaces with health services customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• RN Diploma/Associate degree required, BSN or BS preferred
• Valid RN license in the state
• Two or more years’ nursing experience preferred, ER or Occupational Health preferred
• COHN certification preferred
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED
