Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Long Beach, CA seeks an Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary full-time contract to cover a leave of absence. The solo clinic handles first-aid, minor acute care, surveillance exams, and emergency response with EMT on site. Shifts are Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with pay estimates of $50–$55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, School Nursing, Corrections or Family Medicine.
• Recent clinical experience and computer literate.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns.
• Provide wellness materials/information to employees.
• Medical surveillance exams (e.g., Respiratory Medical Clearance).
• Perform medical testing such as pulmonary function, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, vision and hearing screenings.

Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) needed for atemp contract opportunitywith Yoh’s high-tech manufacturing/engineeringclientlocated in Long Beach, CA. ---> Job is expected to start ASAP and full-timecoverage needed until around December 7th to cover a leave of absence.

This is a solo nurse clinic that offers occupationaland preventative care for employees onsite. Duties will consist offirst-aid, basic walk-in care (minor acute care like colds, rashes, pink eye, etc.), assisting with surveillance exams, responding to medical emergencies, and a lot of computer work. You will be the only medical professional in the clinic but there is an EMT onsite.

---> SHIFTS:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN)license in state of California
• Minimum 3years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Prior experience in: Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine,Urgent Care, Primary Care, School Nursing, Correctionsor Family Medicine type setting
• Recent clinical experienceand computer literate

• Must haveproof of US Citizenship (ie valid US Passport or original US Birth Certificate) for security clearance/badging
