Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Senior Nurse Supervisor to lead the Care TEAM that delivers occupational health services at a Tyson facility in Kentucky. You will oversee injury prevention, early intervention, workers’ compensation, and OSHA/state reporting while guiding health education and confidentiality across the site.

The role requires an unrestricted RN license with at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in occupational health nursing.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted state RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in occupational health nursing preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the occupational health programs at the assigned facility.
• Manage injury and illness prevention and early-intervention efforts.
• Oversee workers’ compensation processes.
• Ensure OSHA, state, company, and legal reporting/recordkeeping compliance.
• Participate in facility management meetings and health education initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
