Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred; new grads with LPN or BSN considered.
• Occupational Health experience not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical history and physical assessments to promote health and prevent illness.
• Provide education on communicable diseases and wellness initiatives to team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and recovery of team members.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with first aid and CPR as needed.
