Tyson Foods is seeking a Sr. Nurse Supervisor to lead the occupational health program at an assigned facility.

You will oversee nursing practices, ensure OSHA-compliant reporting and recordkeeping, and partner with facility management to deliver health updates and interventions. Requirements include an unrestricted RN license and 2 years of management experience in occupational health or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in occupational health preferred.
• Experience with OSHA reporting and workplace safety programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the occupational health program at the facility.
• Oversee injury/illness prevention and workers' comp processes.
• Ensure OSHA/state reporting and recordkeeping compliance.
• Deliver health education and participate in safety initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle emergency responses.
