Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent with 3+ years as LPN/LVN.
• LPN/LVN Certification, Phlebotomy Certification, and CPR/BLS required.
• Prior experience in occupational health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support medical providers and perform clinical duties including exams assistance and phlebotomy.
• Collect data, immunization status, and coordinate labs and immunizations.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure a clean, safe health center environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and patient care.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and administrative tasks as needed.
