Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to support clinical duties in our onsite health centers. You will welcome patients, collect histories, assist providers during exams, perform phlebotomy, and manage injections and immunizations.

You will also handle administrative tasks, maintain confidential records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help coordinate wellness programs for employees. Strong nursing foundation and occupational health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• LPN/LVN certification, Phlebotomy certification, and CPR/BLS are required.
• Prior experience in occupational health strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and vitals; prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens; prepare vaccines and injections as directed.
• Maintain accurate confidential medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate immunizations and lab orders; ensure proper patient education.
• Perform administrative duties: scheduling, data entry, and inventory management.
