Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN to support clinical and administrative tasks at our Dayton health center. You will collect histories, take vital signs, and assist physicians during exams while performing phlebotomy and injections as directed.

Administrative duties include maintaining records, coordinating with teams, and ensuring a clean, organized, compliant environment per HIPAA guidelines. A strong customer-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent and 3+ years of LPN/LVN experience.
• LPN/LVN Certification, Phlebotomy Certification, and CPR/BLS required.
• Occupational health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and vital signs; prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist providers during examinations and phlebotomy procedures.
• Perform injections and vaccinations as directed.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure sanitation and organization.
• Provide outstanding customer service and coordinate with teams.
• Support administrative tasks and scheduling; handle correspondence.
