• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent and 3+ years as an LPN/LVN.
• LPN/LVN Certification and CPR/BLS are required.
• Prior occupational health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and patients, taking medical histories and preparing patients for exams.
• Assist providers during exams and phlebotomy, collect lab specimens and perform basic tests.
• Prepare injections and vaccines and transmit prescription refills.
• Maintain confidentiality and stock medical supplies; ensure a clean and organized health center.
