Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an RN to provide direct and indirect care with emphasis on employee health. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, immunizations, wound care, and patient education.

You will collect histories, prepare patients for exams, and assist providers in clinical tasks within a fast-paced occupational health setting. Requirements include an active RN license, 3+ years in healthcare, EMR experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing with active RN license.
• 3+ years healthcare experience including phlebotomy and wound care.
• Current RN licensure and CPR/BLS.
• EMR experience required.
• Occupational health certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and prepare patients for examinations.
• Coordinate lab tests and immunizations for new hires.
• Monitor compliance with initial and annual employee health requirements.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care tests.
• Assist the provider during examinations and document in the medical record.
• Educate patients on disease processes and medications.
