Job summary

Marathon Health Inc is seeking a licensed practical nurse/LVN to support medical providers in a busy occupational health setting. You will welcome patients, collect histories, assist in exams, perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and help with lab specimen collection.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining a clean, well-organized clinic. Prior occupational health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• LPN/LVN license and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred or required as noted.
• CPR/BLS certification required. Prior occupational health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support: welcome patients, take medical histories, assist providers, perform phlebotomy and basic lab work.
• Prepare and administer injections and vaccinations; manage supplies and equipment.
