Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent and 3+ years of LPN/LVN experience.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and patients; take medical histories and assist during exams.
• Provide injections, phlebotomy, basic lab testing and vaccination administration.
• Maintain confidential medical records and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate lab orders, immunizations and employee health requirements.
• Support providers and RNs with administrative tasks and patient flow.
