About The Role

POAH Communities is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as an Occupancy Specialist for Briston Arms Apartments. The Occupancy Specialist will assist with property management tasks, including HUD Section 8 and LIHTC certifications. Briston Arms is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a high‑cost real‑estate market near Harvard University, MIT, and Boston. The property has been serving as an affordable housing asset since 1973 and continues to provide housing choices for residents across a range of incomes. POAH will maintain its mixed‑income status and is renovating the site with new windows, roof, storm doors, siding, electrical upgrades, masonry repairs, and ADA compliance upgrades.

About Your Impact

• Oversee regulatory requirements of each property’s funding sources.
