EAH Housing is seeking an Occupancy Coordinator I for the Napa senior housing communities (Rohlffs Manor II & III). The role oversees occupancy activities, recertifications, LIHTC compliance, and EIV reporting while coordinating marketing and lease processes for HUD/TCAC programs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, HUD/TCAC experience, and occupancy certification. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and strong resident relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related leasing/marketing/sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Computer literacy; basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Two years' experience in multifamily, elderly, or related occupancy management position.
• One year of experience working with HUD or TCAC programs.
• Occupancy certification/designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupancy-related activities for the property and maintain the recertification schedule.
• Market and lease units; manage waitlists and applicant interviews.
• Assist resident management and relations; provide courteous service and maintain records.
