Job summary

EAH Housing seeks an Occupancy Coordinator I for its Honolulu, HI property. You will manage wait lists, conduct interviews, process move-ins, and ensure timely recertifications in compliance with HUD/TCAC guidelines. Strong MS Word/Excel skills and prior leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; related leasing/marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Occupancy certification/designation preferred.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency expected.
• HUD or TCAC program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupancy-related activities and maintain recertification schedules.
• Manage wait lists, conduct interviews, and process move-ins.
• Coordinate re-certifications to meet deadlines and agency requirements.
• Support resident relations and perform administrative duties as assigned.
