You will use effective selling techniques to build multiple sales, maintain current promotions, and assist customers with services such as gift wrap, gift registry, catalog orders, and furniture orders. Teamwork, initiative, and customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales and contest goals; maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog orders, special orders, back orders, and furniture orders.
• Utilize selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Process register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately.
• Assist in visual merchandising, signage and lighting maintenance.
• Uphold store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
• Process, ticket, and restock merchandise as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
