Job summary

Vista America is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the company, coordinating between Operations, Commercial, and MOC. The Duty Manager acts as a conductor on the floor, maintaining exceptional situational awareness and making critical decisions to guarantee the integrity of operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in an OCC-like environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efforts of Operations, Flight Support, Client Service, Crew Planning/Scheduling and Maintenance Ops Control for smooth flight operations.
• Delegate tasks and balance workload to keep the tactical team effective during shifts.
• Communicate IROPS updates and coordinate service recoveries with relevant teams.
• Act as Emergency Director for irregular operations until senior management is on site.
• Ensure operations comply with operation specifications and optimize fleet, schedules, and crew welfare.
