Leppo Rents is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Ocala and the surrounding area. This role offers wide territory with significant upside and the chance to drive revenue for a leading construction equipment brand.

You will build relationships with local contractors, demo and sell equipment, and collaborate with rental, service, and parts teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience. A strong track record in sales and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience, equipment industry a plus.
• Self-starter with strong communication.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Clean driving record, willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Demo, deliver, and sell industry-leading equipment.
