Leppo Rents in Ocala, FL seeks an Outside Sales Specialist to expand presence in the Ocala region. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and opportunities to grow with a top-tier equipment brand.

You will build relationships with contractors, demo and sell equipment, and expand the territory while collaborating with rental, service, and parts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience, equipment industry a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent communication.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local contractors and businesses, matching them with the right equipment
• Demo, deliver, and sell industry-leading equipment
• Grow your territory — manage accounts, develop new business, crush goals
• Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor pricing, and product knowledge
• Partner with our rental, service, and parts teams for a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years sales experience (equipment industry a plus)
