Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a qualified Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician to provide locum tenens support in a hospital setting across Michigan. You will cover in-clinic and 24-hour on-call obstetric care, perform procedures such as D&C, laparoscopy, cesareans, circumcisions, and tubal ligations, and manage obstetric cases with a focus on patient safety.

Credentials include board certification in obstetrics/gynecology and an active medical license or IMLC; EPIC and Dragon experience

Qualifications

• Board-certified obstetrics/gynecology physician with active license or IMLC.
• Proficient in EPIC and Dragon EMR systems.
• Strong on-call and obstetric care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-hospital obstetric care during clinic hours and 24-hour call.
• Perform obstetric procedures (D&C, laparoscopy, cesareans, circumcisions, tubal ligations).
• Manage obstetric cases with emphasis on patient safety.

We are seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician to provide locum tenens support in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing in-clinic and 24-hour on-call obstetric care
• Performing procedures such as suction dilation and curettage (D&C), laparoscopy, Caesareans, circumcisions, and tubal ligations
• Managing obstetric cases and ensuring patient safety

Qualifications and Skills:

• Board certification in obstetrics/gynecology and active medical license or IMLC
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Proficient in EMR systems like EPIC and Dragon

Key Duties:

• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-noon
• 24-hour call coverage
• Credentialing typically completed within 30 days
