AMN Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support. Start date ASAP with a schedule including clinic hours and 24-hour on-call coverage. Procedures include D&C, laparoscopy, NSTs, Caesareans, and more.

The role requires board certification and active licensure (or IMLC), and involves use of EPIC/Dragon EMR. Malpractice insurance arrangements and travel lodging support are provided by AMN Healthcare.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Board-certified and active state license or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics hospitalist coverage in a hospital setting.
• Conduct clinic duties and 24-hour call shifts as scheduled.
• Participate in obstetric procedures and in-hospital patient management.

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic: Monday- Thursday 730am-430pm, Friday 730am-noon, 24-hr call
• Practice Setting: In clinic and 24 hr call
• Types of Cases: Suction dilation and curettage (D&C), Laparoscopy, Read Obstetrical non-stress test (NST), Caesareans, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
• Board certified and active state license or interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
