Qualifications

• ACLS/BLS certifications per policy (ACLS preferred at hire, ACLS required within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop a plan of care
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policy
• Other duties as assigned
