Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• RN license in good standing; multi-state compact acceptable.
• BSN degree required or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across care continuum.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
• Demonstrate focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
