Job summary

OhioHealth's Marion General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a diverse acute care setting. The RN manages assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while guiding LPNs and UAPs in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include evidence-based practice, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to hospital standards. The unit operates day shifts with scheduled variances to meet 24/7 patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate professional nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
