Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to care and revise plans with the team.
• Lead process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Operate as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO) focused on safety and efficiency.
