Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform frequent rounds to ensure quality and safety of patient care; identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff; participate in interviewing and staffing decisions.
• Lead orientation and onboarding for new hires; support scheduling and staff development.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and PI efforts; collaborate with physicians and other teams.
