Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Consulting Architect to design and scale observability and security solutions on the Elastic Stack, collaborating with Professional Services, Engineering, Product and Sales.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, translate requirements into scalable architectures, and mentor customers and teammates, enabling adoption and value realization across distributed, remote teams with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a consultant, architect, or engineer with deep expertise in Search, observability & monitoring, and security domains.
• Experience deploying Elastic Observability (APM, logs, metrics) and Elastic Security (SIEM, endpoint).
• Strong time-series data ingestion, parsing, and normalization (ECS) with Kafka or Redis.

Responsibilities

• Translate business/technical requirements into scalable, outcome-driven solutions on the Elastic Stack.
• Lead delivery of customer projects from discovery to optimization.
• Deploy and operationalize observability solutions (tracing, metrics, logs) and SIEM/security use cases.
