You will help build and operate a strategic, market-leading infrastructure monitoring platform delivering resilient services and actionable insights. You will contribute hands-on on an agile team, implement OpenTelemetry patterns, automate platform operations, and drive reliability improvements aligned to business objectives across Linux, Windows,

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering.
5+ years of applied infrastructure engineering experience.
Proficiency with Linux and/or Windows in regulated production environments.
Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with OpenTelemetry and telemetry integration.
Automation and scripting with Python, Ansible, PowerShell or Bash and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Engineer and improve Infrastructure Monitoring platforms for availability, performance, and security.
Operate across Linux, Windows, and network estates with onboarding and lifecycle management.
Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis while protecting data.
Design and implement platform services and telemetry collection.
Develop onboarding patterns, dashboards, and alert policies.
Automate operations using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
Lead production health, RCA, and resilience improvements.
Collaborate with Infra, App, and SRE teams to meet SLIs/SLOs.
Review AI-assisted recommendations for resiliency, security, and auditability.
