JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms Monitoring.

You will build and operate a strategic monitoring platform, turning telemetry into actionable insights and modernizing workflows with automation and AI-assisted reliability improvements. You will lead engineering efforts across Linux, Windows, and network estates, implement OpenTelemetry patterns, and drive scalable onboarding, dashboards, and alerting while

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proficiency with Linux and/or Windows in regulated production environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale Infrastructure Monitoring solutions.
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, and events.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and operate Infrastructure Monitoring platforms for availability, performance, scalability and security.
• Build and run monitoring across Linux, Windows and network estates with onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and design documentation with proper data handling.
• Design platform services, telemetry collection and OpenTelemetry patterns.
• Develop onboarding patterns, dashboards, alert policies for scalable adoption.
• Improve signal quality via baselining, thresholds, noise reduction and topology alignment.
• Automate operations with code and CI/CD driven configuration management.
• Lead triage, RCAs, and resilience improvements for production health.
• Collaborate with SRE, applications, and infra teams to meet SLIs/SLOs.
