Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an Observability Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical projects spanning observability tooling and services. You will guide cross-functional teams, align client expectations, and ensure successful delivery using Agile/Scrum practices, while leveraging a deep understanding of observability platforms.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive value for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Observability implementation project experience with Dynatrace, Tanium, Logic Monitor, Cribl, Splunk or Grafana.
• Ability to independently manage medium to high risk, high complexity, and high client visibility projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and PMBOK practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum to delight clients.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Identify resources, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Communicate risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders.
